    @Nevawake You site lack of motivation, this is shearly a matter of will power to get up and exercise. I do not dance, but I go the the gym regularly and do a good bit of hiking. If caffiene helps you, then use it! I am a chemical engineer, not a biochemist, so yes I am more than ignorate on the subject. What are you so depressed about? Lets talk about it.

    I am so disappointed in this video. At no point did you mention EXERCISE!!!

    Get a good workout during the day and give your body a reason to want to sleep at night.

    DON’T nap during the day. Then you will not be tired at night.

    DON’T drink caffine in the evening.

    Get on a schedule!! Wake up and go to sleep at around the same time EVERY DAY. Don’t sleep in on the weekends!
