Apart from the fact that Sominex and Nytol have different ingredients: What is the difference in them strengthwise and which are stronger or better to use for insomnia? Also i know these are only short term solutions and i do not use these a lot. All replies much appreciated. Thanks. D

The best person to ask is a pharmacist. I think it really varies from person to person. For some people Sominex works better, and for others Nytol works better. Read what drugs.com says about each of them.
