Insomnia – I have tried Sonata – although you fall asleep right away, only 3-4 hours, you are awake again and not going back to sleep. Lunesta, takes forever for me to fall asleep and again wake up after 4 hours. Have tried the natural herbs, all the suggestions about time, coolness, caffeine, etc. etc. Nothing is working. Melatonin, works the opposite on me.
There is no sleep inducing ingredients in plain old white bread. It’s the same ingredients you would use if you were to make a load at home. Nothing special is used. If you have tried all these medications for insomnia, you might be taking other meds that cause insomnia, in some form or combination. Check with your doctor and try alternatives.

not that i’m aware of. i HAVE heard of the general idea that if you’re full you can get tired… but that probably won’t work for you, as you have insomnia.

bread, white bread especially has lots of yukky ingredients that can make u feel sluggish and a lil lathergic but u have to eat lots of it and on a regular basis!
