For the past few days I’ve been getting no sleep whatsoever. I’ve been so dog tired it’s not funny and no matter what I do, I always end up lying alert and awake from 9pm to 7am when I’m normally sleeping. I’ve had insomnia before but not as bad as this – It usually happens conveniently before an important exam and the like. I’ve tried taking medication but I can’t swallow pills..making the unpleasant syrup even more unpleasant in the large doses…yuck.
Has anyone got any solutions? I’d be willing to look up the names of drugs because I’m sick of resorting to reading at night when I should be catching up on sleep. It only makes me hungry and my eyes tired even if I can’t get to sleep.
Mike R…lol I don’t really masturbate…
Not my thing…
And Stephanie…I’m too young to drink legally at the moment…lol
try warm turkey, warm milk, or a shot of honey (:
also masturbation releases endorphins that aid in making you feel sleepy.
just trying to help, sorry if that offends / :

You could take Benedryl before bed. It’s an antihistamine with drowsiness as a side effect. What is best about it is it’s safe and non addicting.
If that doesn’t help you should see a doctor.

Dr. Coldwell’s stress reducing techniques would be the first thing I would look into. Also, you should stop taking drugs of any kind, prescription and non-prescription, Start taking Calcium and Magnesium supplements, go on a liver and/or candida cleanse, and start using products like extra virgin coconut oil and melatonin.
