Can u identify why u r feeling like this? How about the situation at school? Ur grades? friends?Do u have any?
U need to see a counselor. Try the one at school. Talking always help. Talk to ur mum about how u feel. Shes not wrong when she says u need exercise, she knows what shes saying, believe me.
Exercise releases feel good hormones which helps with depression. Try swimming, biking, jogging etc. Find an activity which u can do with a friend like tennis, baseball etc.
Dont stay indoors all day. Stay outside in the sunshine.sunshine does wonders for depression. Maybe u lack some vitamin, see a doc.Have milk daily.
Do u have issues with weight? Are u concious of it?Ashamed even? Try dieting and exercise in combination. It’ll help u.
Dont stay out late nights, get tired by being active all day and sleep early. Have warm milk before bed.
Make friends, talk to ur parents, see a doc, a counselor. U can solve everything if u set ur heart to it.
Life is beautiful if u want to feel it. Dont start off bad. U r young and so lucky to be alive! Dont waste it please. Try to be happy and u will. Get some good music and do some aerobics while u listen to it. Dance , sing, have fun. And eat healthy.

You really should think about seeing a psychiatrist and explore the possibility of an antidepressant and beginning psychotherapy. Chronic insomnia is often a sign of a chronic low-grade depression which appears to have worsened. In addition, bulimic symptoms often worsen with depression as well. You can try other "rememdies" such as forcing yourself to be more active etc…but if you have a significant depression they likely won’t work without medication and psychotherapy.
