am 11 years old and I suffer from severe insomnia. So bad that my mother is pulling me out next Friday from bad grades, because I cant focus in school. Here is what happeneds- shower @ 8:30pm. Get ready for bed ( brush teeth, get pjs on, ect.) @ 8:45pm. Lay in bed from 9:00- *usually* 4am. Wake up at 6:30. This past week I only got about 9 hours of sleep. Not in a day, in a week. I need tips and things that can help. Home remedies or SPECIFIC medication/natural herb stuff that will let me at least get 5 hours asleep a day? Please help. If you give me some names of herbal things and medication I can show my mother. And maybe, just maybe she will let me stay. But only if it works over the weekend. I am going to miss my friends! I am moving this year too. So i need to stay in school. They live an hour away from me. Please I really need something! =[

Ive also noticed that when I try to fall asleep with the TV or radio off, i can hear everything so I jump and i litterly am crying cuz i had a nightmare. but when i turn them on i still hear things. and it gives me the chills. im really scared

Valium dude. I’ve taken it recreationally and I feel like I want to fall over and sleep. My dad took some once, doctor prescribed, and he fell asleep in the tub. It is even hard to walk when on it. I took eight once, don’t do this, but I needed a teacher to escort me around school because I couldn’t even walk without falling. I even fell out of my chair in the middle of class for no reason. And slept through two classes like I hadn’t slept in days.
