depends on what the insomnia is like…If you wake up in the middle of the night and can’t go back to sleep, chances are your blood sugar is dropping too low…don’t eat carbs and sugar before bed and if you wake up, eat some protein (egg, tuna) and you will go back to sleep.
If you can’t get to sleep, valerian works well, but the real issue is a B deficiency…get some good B complex and take it earlier in the day, not before bed..
