How Do I Know What Time To Take Which Supplements/herbs?

Aloe vera juice, slippery elm, DGL, policosonal, digestive enzyme, calcium and zoloft are what I need to take daily. These are basically for digestive issues and fibromyalgia. Which can I take together and what time of day?

Slippery elm, aloe and DGL indicate to take on an empty stomach. Since I eat small meals 4 times a day that is difficult to accomplish. Also policosonal brings on insomnia if taken at bedtime for me. I cannot take many of the prescriptions issued for these maladies due to numerous side effects, thus I’m going the alternative medicine route. Advice would be greatly appreciated.

The one that causes insomnia should be taken with or after breakfast. It should have worn off by bedtime.
The rest either with your breakfast or if there is an issue with taking them too close to each other, select another meal.
