I currently use Deep Sleep by herbs etc which contains Fresh California Poppy plant, fresh Valerian root, fresh Passionflower herb tip, fresh Chamomile flower, fresh Lemon Balm herb, fresh Oat seed in milky stage.
I was looking at Herb Pharm’s Relaxing Sleep Tonic which contains:
Valerian rhizome & roots (Valeriana officinalis)
Passionflower flowering tips (Passiflora spp.)
Hops strobile (Humulus lupulus)
Chamomile flower (Matricaria recutita)
Catnip leaf & flowering tips (Nepeta cataria)
and White Dove Herbal’s Sound-A-Sleep which has:
Valerian, Passion flower, hops, cramp bark, skullcap, jamaican dogwood, tilia star, chamomile.
Have you tried any of these? Just by looking at the ingredients which do you think would be more effective? Have you tried other tinctures that you know work better?
Yes i do have a separate kava kava tincture.
Chamomile, Hops, Catnip, Poppy and Oats are good but personally i find that Valerian and Passionflower stop me from reaching deep sleep, like I’m asleep but only just under the surface.
