IM About To Give Up!?

first ill give you some back ground. I got out of military in 08 since i got out i have been diagnosed with PTSD, insomnia ,severe depression,possible bi polar ..I have really mest up dreams the kind you wouldnt tell lil children about. blood gore etc… i have an anxiety attack at least once a dayu i have had 1 suicide attempt i have been to AA and NA treatment i have had about every anti depressent known to man prescribed to me i have a back injury and have chronic pain from it… and i cant stop thinkin about suicide i dont want to but the thought is there all the time. i have been to therapy i recently started smokin some pot and it is helpin a lil with the anxiety but if i smoke to much get really bad trips. im out of ideas to fix my messed up emotions i dont know what to do anymore!

Smoking dope won’t help. You need more therapy. Practice focusing on anything positive…a sunny day, a child’s smile… You might pray.

    I think that you need, a lot more help. Maybe you should go to more therapy. Do you have medication for these problems? Or for only a couple?
