Lots of factors can induce sleep problems such as stress, smoking, poor eating, and even age (obviously a 21yo will have problems a 45yo might not, e.g. hormons)… best idea is plan a schedule and start it asap. Wake up early and you will definatly fall asleep sooner at night. Now here’s the kicker, the pills you’ve been stuffing into yourself probably will make this harder but a good fresh start at life with the right choices will not only heelp you sleep but it will make life better… oh and here is one weeb site you really should look at, its called scoobyworkshop.com this guy posts everything you need to learn healthy exercise and diet. Oh ps make sure to read the intro. Starting from the beginning of this web site will help you understand it. Good luck my friend!
