i cant sleep before …
i cant sleep before 3 to 4 in the night
sometimes i only sleep an hour
2 times a month i just cant sleep at all
i have adhd so that is a big part of the problem
im not gonna take sleeping pills because its extremly addictive and i am sensitive to addiction
i have this since i was going into my teens (21 now)
but i learned to live with it.. at a certian point you get over the sleepy feeling
