I would like to say I know where you’re coming from, and yes, the gaming has got to be cut down for two reasons. It’s a serious stumuli – often peeking adrniline sevrel times in one nightly session. Two, the bright light from the monnitor has been proven to trick the mind into beliving it is daylight. I highly recomend not stopping entirly.
