I have insomnia, but I don’t suffer from it. I love it. =]

I’ve had horrible insomnia since I was about 14.
I was on Ambien CR for a long time, which worked, but I grew far too dependent on it (and that stuff can mess with your head, also screwed up my short term memory a bit) so I wouldn’t recommend that. But since then, I drink caffiene only in the morning or noonish. I take one generic brand sleepaid capsule (50mg Diphenhydramine HCI) and one tablet of melatonin about an hour before bed, and I sleep with a small room fan on (the sound of the wind/buzzing calms me and helps me stay asleep)…these things worked wonders for me and are my best tips to give you. Try it, if it doesn’t work, there are plenty of medications your doctor can give to help you sleep.Everyone needs some z’s! Good luck

I read for an hour or so before settling down, then I play relaxing music softly. Only thing that has helped me because every time I try different tablets my body becomes used to them and they stop working.

You don’t even have to go to gym and stress yourself out. Just try "CHAMOMILE" herbal tea but look for the original one, which comes in Yellow colour packet with 20 tea bags in it. Trust me, this works like a magic and no side affects at all. Just drink one cup of warm chamomile tea just 30 minutes before you go to bed. First it relaxes your body and slowly brings that sleepy mood and that’ll help you sleep. I’ve had similar problem before but now I have normal sleep coz I’ve always got my Chamomile tea with me.
