Is There A Good Herbal Recipe For Valerian, Lavender, And Kava?

I want to make a homemade tea for insomnia. I know that valerian, lavender, and kavakava, are all good herbs to aid in sleep. Is there a recipe out there that combines these with other things together that tastes well?

Depending on your taste, add chamomile, rose hips, lemon, mint, cinnamon or catnip. Bitter taste can be improved by adding honey or licorice root.

  1. i used to like valerian. lobelia is very good also. the last few years, i have had great success with calmes forte by HYLAND. available at most drug stores. pill form. no chance of od-ing. totally natural.
    another pill form is chamomilla x30. usually in health food stores.
