There is an herbal supplement called Digestin that works amazingly for digestive problems. For insomnia, you may want to try L-Tryptophan ( not 5-Hydroxy-Tryptophan). It is the amino acid that is in turkey which makes you sleepy. For fatigue, B-12 is great. Try buying EmergenC packets, they have lots of B vitamins.
