What Is The Solution To Insomnia?


I don’t know if there is an exact solution. But, there are some things that can help. What I found works for me is drinking warm chamomile tea before bed and putting soothing music on when it’s time to sleep. Nothing with words or singing, just soft instrumentals.

    2. Monitoring what you eat and drink.
    3. Taking the time to meditate or pray or be at rest, mentally each day.
    4. Regular routines that your body can count on.
    5. Going to bed early and getting up early.
    6. Drinking enough water.
    7. Massage.
    8. Acupuncture.
    9. Teas that help to relax you at bedtime – like lavender or rose.
    10. Bathing before bedtime to cool down your body and help you to feel clean and relaxed.
    11. Cleaning your bedroom everyday and getting into a made bed with sheets and other bed linen that feel pleasant against your skin.

  4. I have had issue with this and something that worked for me was kava kava which is natural.I was sleeping well and woke in the morning rested but each person is different.
