I found Kava Kava … I found Kava Kava Extract Capsules 250 MG Supplement Facts (Piper Methysticum)(Root) Std. To 30% Kavalactones 75mg Other Ingredients:
Rice flour, gelatin, magnesium stearate, water. will this have the same effect ? Or wood I have to take the hole bottel of pills.
I have prepared … I have prepared myself some Kava Kava tincture which I have successfully used to treat my sore throat. This is because it has a mild local anesthetic action on my mucous membranes. I don’t think that overindulgence is a good thing, though. There have been reports of skin rashes and jaundice type symptoms. To drink this in moderation was a better idea for me than taking something like Seconal for sleep.
yeah its good but … yeah its good but low on kavalactones, only 23 mgs per teabag, a normal kava beverage is around 200-300mg. But yes i agree they do make some tasty tea
