Insomnia Pressure Points?

14 years old. Tried all that stuff about herbs and whatnot for my insomnia but nothing really seems to works for me. Does anyone know of some pressure points I could um…apply pressure to in order to help with this annoying problem?
My mom doesn’t want me taking any drugs. That’s why i was wondering about pressure points

The point you are looking for is called Amnian, or peaceful sleep. It is located on your neck between the base of your earlobe and the base of your skull (the bottom where it is squared off) in a soft dip.

  1. Forget pressure points. I been using Ambien and its been working great for me.

  2. Be careful, ambien is addictive

Neurontin helps me a lot for sleep, although I do not take it for sleep

i heard lunesta is not chemically addictive

maybe you could try drinking that sleepy time tea stuff that makes you tired

if its really bad, maybe you should tell your parents and call your family doctor and see what he says

  3. Pressure points? Sounds like a crock. What’s the evidence for them?

Assuming you are already doing all the common sense things to relax and have tried Nytol (as its called in the UK) which contains anti-histamine or Night Nurse, I can only suggest listening to a nice soporific audiobook on your ipod or similar.
