Will This Cure Insomnia?

I am 19, suffering from insomnia. I almost never sleep. I basically stay awake for 24 hours than sleep when I crash, than stay awake 24 hours even when I’m freaking tired. I basically hate sleep, I dread it, and don’t even bother getting into bed at night, if I did my body would be so upset that I’m trying to fall asleep that I will become restless. So I decided to look for natural ways to fall asleep. I’ve decided that if I don’t want to sleep, I will force my sleep by making myself sleepy. And no! sleeping pills. So if I do those natural sleeping methods, or have natural herbs that will make me sleepy every night, will I eventually be able to cure my insomnia without relying on herbs, or having a warm cup of milk with honey every night, or soaking your feet in warm water, etc…Or how does this work? I see that with my insomnia, I’ve become extremely cranky, moody, irritable, angry, and always feeling that life is pointless! And I really want to get positive again!! I’m basically worse than a vampire, it’s amazing :/ I actually starting out as a nocturnal creature, but I’m an insomniac know. Sad….I know…

Melatonin! LOVE IT!!! That’s what I use when I’m having trouble sleeping. One pill, non-addicting, and within 15 minutes I’m out like a light.
