Insomnia….Any Solutions?

I suffer from terrible insomnia which often keeps me up most of the night but then I cannot wake in the AM. I have a 2yr old who runs me ragged during the day, I also run a business from home which keeps me very busy, but I still cannot sleep! Any ideas??

Sounds like you need to recharge the batteries! Hire a baby-sitter and go to the spa (full treatment), or maybe a several day (or longer) vacation might be enough of a refresher.

  6. Try not to stress too much,difficult,but not impossible.Your 2 yr old needs guidance,for appropriate stuff at the right time. Business at home is important,as it pays the bills.
