If you’re a guy, get laid (or knock one out) – it should work! Loads of press ups, smoke some weed or have a glass of wine, generally tire yourself out in some way. Also endeavour to get up earlier and earlier, that should help =oD

google : "sleep hygiene". IT’s been proven that good sleep hygiene works better than medicine. Alochol is bad for sleep. You might try Tylenol PM. Good Luck

Smoke weed, read a book, work out, jog or just exercise that should tire you out.

Go to the chemist and get some Night Nurse. That should knock you out, never fails for me
I would suggest exercise but if your completely knackered there’s no way your going to feel like it!

The sad thing is, you probably won’t go insane. You will probably just continue to feel tired, depressed and stressed from the lack of sleep.
