Do You Have Any Insomnia Solutions?

i haven’t been able to get any more than 2 hours of sleep for the past month is there anything that i can do to get to sleep easily and quickly?
oh and i’m not alowed to take any pills and im kinda takin a ton of tests tomorrow so i need a quik solution.

I usually smoke a small bowl of marijuana before i lay down. It helps relieve stress, ease muscle tension, and puts me in a relaxed state where i can just drift off. If smoking’s not your thing, there’s plenty of other methods. Try chamomile tea, or other natural herbs like kava that promote relaxation and sleep. Also, it takes some practice, but you can try meditation/hypnosis. Deep breathing and focusing your mind into a relaxed state will make it so that you can fall right off to sleep no matter when/where you are. There’s all sorts of methods/videos/cds on how to get started, but what really got me hooked on hypnosis, was this Jnspire guy on youtube. His videos are very calming.
Here’s a few of his best examples for sleep/relaxation:

  1. First you should try to find what is causing this. Are you too stressed out? Are you intaking too much caffeine? Secondly try to fix it by destressing or not intaking too caffeine or other stimulants. Third, you could try something OTC like Unisom sleepmelts. They work pretty quickly, or go to a homeopathic store and get something there that won’t be habit forming. If all fails go to the doctor because eventually it will affect your heath. They usually prescribe Ambien.
